When will people GET IT?

There are seriously misguided people out there that do not under stand that when the government spends money they are spending OUR MONEY. I'm not sure where they think the government gets or will get this 9 trillion dollars they are busy spending, but let me give you a clue - directly from our wallets, and from the wallets of our children and grand-children.

We just can't afford health insurance, so the government should take care of our health care... no, it is the working people who will be taking care of your health care.

We can't afford to buy food, so the government should buy our food. Working people are buying your food.

Look, there are reasons for people to receive help, I'm not saying that BUT it seriously ticks me off when they take the help to an extreme because after all the government can afford it... they need to change their thinking it is the people in this country that are helping out via the tax money we pay in. Don't get caught in thinking that it is some mystical entity out there with limitless money.

Scary thing is now President Obama seems to have bought into the idea that money is endless because it's in the form of government payout. Sir, Mr. President, your taking money out of our pockets to pay for all of this, have you forgotten?

Taxes pay for all this government spending, we pay taxes. Is it any wonder people are angry? I don't want to pay for all this, I want to keep some of the money my husband brings home in his paycheck so that we can afford to live.

I know to some of you this might be a duh moment... but pass it on because I have had conversations with persons who do not understand that their taxes - our taxes are being used to foot the bill for government spending.
