I'm Inspired By ... Sassy Women.

And as such I've put together a slide show. I put the pics together at www.scrapblog.com. It is a fantastic site where you can do digital scrapbooking online and free. They have started charging for some of the items, sad but true and I can't say I blame them. I have had a ton of fun on that site.

Now, back to sassy women. I love women who can be sassy, step out of what ever box they were supposed to be in for their time period, and get the job done. Women who could be sassy with their clothes ON. Yes, before you correct me, I realize some of my favorite sassy women also took them off on occasion - I put them here anyway because that DID NOT DEFINE them, they were known for many things besides those acts.

Some of the quotes, I've been told, are not always the most inspiring, famous, or memorable from that particular sassy woman. Let's remember that all of these sassy women were sassy in their own way and each will inspire any one of us differently. I have different favorites on different days, I think it depends on mood, environment, special situations going on around me at the time. HOWEVER I do have an all time favorite. The one by Sophia Loren, because I needed it desperatly YEARS before I found it, and was transformed because I started to believe, I started to believe it from the inside out.

I hope you enjoy these gems. I'm glad I found a way to get them in a slide show. I'm learning all the time. Please leave a comment, tell me which is your favorite. Thank you.

If you put your mouse at the bottom of the picture you can pause each one so you can read it... I tried to slow it down, but alas I use more words than they expected. Imagine that?

What a great set of gals! I must say, I disagree with Rita Hayworth. In my opinion, women loose nothing when they take there clothes off! For a woman to have the courage and self-esteem to take it all off---Amazingly, Beautiful! Our bodies are a glorious canvas of wonders and possibility, why deny ourselves the chance for art?!

P.S. some of my favorites:
"You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face." ~ Eleanor Roosevelt
"A charming woman doesn't follow the crowd. She is herself." ~ Loretta Young
