Explain this logic to me, PLEASE!

Today we have liberals out there whining about the "torture" techniques we have used to gain valuable information. Lets not forget that these have been used on people hell bent on killing as many "infidels" as possible in their lifetime. Techniques we have used in the training of our own troops, techniques that WORK. We have saved countless lives with the information obtained and, lets not forget, the persons we got the information from - well, they are still alive to complain.

In the same group of whiners we have people who will fight tooth and nail to keep abortion and partial birth abortion legal. Because after all, ripping apart a child piece by piece, or burning it to death with a saline solution inside and out, or sticking scissors in the base of it's skull are apparently not torture. Is it because the child is not alive in the end to complain? Oh wait... we covered that already, when a child does survive an abortion attempt it is perfectly ok, in the minds of these same liberals, to tuck them away in a closet and let them die.


Where is the sense in this? I would love to have a conversation with someone who could explain this to me. Calmly and intelligently. I won't get that I'm sure... but one could hope.
